Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on the way.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren't always possible after an order is placed. If you need help, email us at customercare@findingfoxtale.com

Once your order has shipped, we're unable to:

• Cancel the order
• Update the shipping address
• Change styles or sizes

If we're unable to make your requested change in time, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Final Sale Items

Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled once submitted.
