We want you to love your Foxtale pieces. If something isn't quite right, we make it easy to fix.
Final Sale
Items priced at $20 or less are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Outlet items priced above $20 are eligible for return under our standard return policy unless otherwise marked.
Free Size Exchanges (45 Days)
Fit matters. That's why we make exchanges easy:
- Same style and color, different size — we cover shipping both ways
- Prefer something else? We'll issue store credit so you can choose what you love
Returns (45 Days)
You can return eligible items within 45 days of delivery.

To qualify:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags must still be attached
If Something Isn't Right
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery at customercare@findingfoxtale.com and we'll make it right.
We'll provide a prepaid return label and either:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available
Processing & Timing
- Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive them
- Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
