You can return eligible items within 45 days of delivery.

If Something Isn't Right

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery at customercare@findingfoxtale.com and we'll make it right.

We'll provide a prepaid return label and either:

• Replace the item, or
• Issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available

Processing & Timing

• Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive them
• Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
