What are my shipping options?
We currently offer standard FedEx shipping within the U.S. to all 50 states. At this time, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We also offer expedited FedEx shipping. Please note that expedited orders have a 2–4 business day handling time before they ship.
How much does shipping cost?
No Rush Shipping: $7 (7–13 business days)
Standard Ground Shipping: $12.75 (3–8 days, includes weekends)
Expedited Shipping: $20 for the first item + $1.25 for each additional item (2–4 days)
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at customercare@findingfoxtale.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but because orders can move through our warehouse quickly, we cannot guarantee that every change can be made in time.
If you reached out within the 24-hour window and we weren’t able to cancel your order or update your address, we’ll be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. We also cannot swap out styles or sizes after an order has been placed.
Final Sale: Orders containing final sale items cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Finding Foxtale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and a fair return policy that supports both our customers and our brand.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. For eligible returns, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, issued once your return is processed. To protect your items in transit, please send them back in the original packaging with all tags attached. If the original packaging is unavailable, use similar protective materials. Refunds will be issued minus the $5 cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 21 days of delivery. You may exchange an item for the same style and color in a different size. If you would like a different item entirely, we can issue store credit so you can place a new order. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, we’ll make it right. We provide a prepaid return label, and defective items will be replaced if the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery. Qualifying defects include torn fabric, broken zippers or buttons, poor stitching, discoloration, and fabric shrinkage or stretching. If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, please contact your Stylist or our Customer Care team at customercare@findingfoxtale.com.
Processing Time for Returns
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Orders Not Eligible for Return
All final sale items, normal wear and tear (e.g., fading or shrinkage), and items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact your Stylist or Customer Care within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace missing or damaged items at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
Canceling Your Order
To cancel or update your shipping address, contact us at customercare@findingfoxtale.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that every change can be completed in time. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or updated. Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled once submitted.
